What you will do
- Provide legal support for corporate management and daily business operations.
- Draft legal documents to meet internal business requirements.
- Assist in gathering evidence for litigation and legal disputes.
- Manage and protect confidential company information.
- Handle administrative tasks related to intellectual property management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience.
- Bar admission in the PRC is required.
- English proficiency (CET-6 or equivalent) for reading and drafting legal documents.
- Experience in a law firm for litigation is preferred.
