What you will do
- Partner with Private Wealth Managers to support the onboarding and maintenance of high-net-worth client accounts.
- Handle direct client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
- Process financial transactions including bill pay, receipts, and remittances according to service level agreements.
- Participate in department initiatives and recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks during peak processing seasons.
- Exercise fiduciary standard of care in all client interactions and account management activities.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or 4+ years of customer service/case management experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in customer service or case management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check for FINRA compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively reprioritize an evolving workload in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with corporate trusts, estate settlement, or trust accounting principles.
- Experience working within broker/dealer or registered investment advisor (RIA) firms.
- Knowledge of private banking products and services.
- Willingness to pursue higher trust education and attend Trust School.
