What you will do

• Manage client requests, account maintenance, and professional communication within a regulatory environment.
• Process account documents and resolve complex issues related to transactions and suspicious activity.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans for current and prospective clients.
• Develop and implement periodic client mailings, communications, and events.
• Facilitate the transfer of client funds and securities and the issuance of checks.
• Provide general administrative support, including phone correspondence, appointments, and filing.

Requirements

• High school diploma (post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to build client relationships with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform semi-advanced math.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pendleton, OR
