Location: Must be based in the Northeastern PA area to deliver in-person meetings
Salary: $72,200 - $101,975

What you will do
- Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and individual or group presentations to improve retirement outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Lead one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings using professional technologies.
- Create and execute dynamic business plans to drive positive retirement income objectives.
- Document all interactions in Salesforce to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations (current registrations strongly preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available for CPT/OPT).
- Strong presentation and territory management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Understanding of defined contribution plans and building blocks for successful retirement planning.
- Practical experience in high-level consultative client interactions.
