What you will do

• Support the administration, operation, and monitoring of estate accounts.
• Manage estate cash functions including receipts, disbursements, and wire transfers.
• Coordinate estate tax payments and related regulatory filings.
• Reconcile estate account activity, asset values, and historical data.
• Serve as a liaison to Private Wealth Advisors, outside counsel, and tax advisors.
• Assist with estate onboarding, documentation, and asset inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong knowledge of estates practice area, including probate and tax matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to excellence and high level of integrity.
