What you will do

• Create high-converting demand gen content for paid display, social, video, search, and email marketing.
• Translate enterprise product marketing messaging into audience-focused ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Write copy and ideate creative concepts, briefing the Creative Agency and providing design feedback.
• Monitor performance data continuously and adjust content assets to improve pipeline results.
• Drive creative ideation by balancing proven frameworks with experimentation of new formats.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing teams to ensure a unified narrative across paid initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or copywriting.
• At least 1-2 years of experience targeting an enterprise audience for demand generation.
• Demonstrable expertise in at least two content types: display banners, video ads, social assets, landing pages, or email.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex messaging into high-converting ad copy.
• Strong analytical approach to creative strategy and performance optimization.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.
