What you will do

• Develop and own marketing strategies for exclusive global events and hirify.global Originals.
• Execute performance digital marketing campaigns across social media channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with the growth marketing team to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the regional P&L and oversee a significant marketing budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content to align campaign direction.
• Build and grow a dedicated team to scale experiences.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing and paid social platforms like Facebook Ads.
• Native level of Dutch.
• Good level of English.
• Must be based in or looking for an opportunity to work in Madrid.
• Educational background in marketing.
