What you will do

• Design AI-native products and workflows, focusing on human-in-the-loop patterns and AI agent collaboration.
• Own product direction and strategy across multiple projects, coordinating closely with engineering and design teams.
• Prototype and experiment using LLM APIs and coding agents to turn concepts into working solutions.
• Perform product discovery by analyzing user feedback and running experiments to validate problem-solution fit.
• Write detailed product specifications and define measurable outcomes for AI-native development loops.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, AI coding tools, prompting, or evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record of building products for technical users, such as SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms.
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in product discovery, hypothesis formation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and understand software development trade-offs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Wrocław or Warsaw.
