Location: Remote-friendly, with presence in Spain, Poland, Armenia, Serbia, and Ukraine.

What you will do

• Define value propositions and reusable artifacts for AI programs and blueprints.
• Build business cases, ROI models, and scoped Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Run market validation, workshops, and user research to drive rapid prototyping.
• Lead Agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release processes.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to configure MCP integrations and Claude Code harnesses.
• Drive continuous improvement and define success metrics for enterprise AI maturity.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in product ownership or delivery leadership.
• 3-5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or agentic systems.
• Deep domain expertise in Financial Services (FSI) or Healthcare (HCLS).
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with milestone-priced engagements.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and MCP integrations.

Nice to have

• Second priority vertical beyond FSI/HCLS.
• Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
• Claude Certified Architect or relevant industry certifications (CSPO, SAFe, AWS).
