What you will do

• Build and maintain the harness, tools, and structures that enable autonomous AI agents.
• Develop quality automation and build processes, including AI-driven code reviews and static analysis.
• Establish guardrails and conventions to ensure AI-generated code meets high engineering standards.
• Evaluate AI tooling pragmatically to guide build-versus-buy decisions for the organization.
• Embed with engineering teams to identify real-world problems and roll out effective AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Strong software engineering background with substantial development experience.
• Genuine passion for AI with hands-on experience in software development.
• Language- and stack-agnostic mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are considered a plus.
