TL;DR
Senior Revenue Operations Engineer (AI & Automation): Building AI-powered automation and data foundations for GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance) with an accent on LLM integrations, API-driven workflows, and internal tool development. Focus on productionizing high-leverage AI use cases, designing scalable GTM systems, and optimizing data flows between HubSpot and other internal tools.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Identify and productionize AI use cases across GTM functions using LLM integrations, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Design and build lightweight internal applications and interfaces to automate manual work and improve decision-making.
- Develop end-to-end workflows using Make, n8n, and custom logic with robust error handling and alerts.
- Create maintainable data flows between HubSpot, data warehouses, and billing systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Manage the full lifecycle of internal tools from discovery and architecture to deployment and user adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Business Systems in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs into production-ready workflows via APIs.
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and complex data modeling.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot's objects, properties, and integration layer.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office at least 3 days a week.
