What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and scale AI-powered automations, internal tools, lightweight applications, and integrations.
• Connect SaaS and cloud platforms through REST APIs, OAuth integrations, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and serverless services.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle management, role-based access, and data synchronization processes.
• Develop scripts, utilities, APIs, dashboards, reports, and operational insights using automation workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants, AI agents, MCP services, and LLM-based patterns to accelerate development and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, security, finance, and business teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in automation engineering, software engineering, DevOps, SaaS operations, IT operations, or an equivalent field.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience building integrations, APIs, utilities, and lightweight applications with AI coding assistance.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI tools; familiarity with AI agents, MCP services, prompt engineering, and LLM automation patterns.
• Experience with workflow platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or equivalent tools, plus REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless services and cloud-based automation.
