What you will do

• Design and build reliable full-stack features, balancing backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Develop high-quality UI/UX components to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Own the full development lifecycle from sprint planning and ticket refinement to implementation and peer review.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow and design AI-powered product features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver user-centric software.
• Perform and provide constructive code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in React, including component architecture, state management, and performance.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript for production APIs and services.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Must have valid US employment authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features such as LLM integration or agentic workflows.
• Mobile development experience.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Background in nonprofit or social impact technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
