What you will do

• Develop and maintain application features and functionality independently and collaboratively.
• Implement new and maintain existing subscription product configurators.
• Build solutions for processing subscription orders, booking revenue, and invoicing.
• Automate subscription turn-up and manage customer entitlements and amendments.
• Keep subscription management systems updated with latest products and pricing structures.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Order Management, and Customer Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong web development skills including React and Node.
• Solid grasp of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to broad audiences.
• Strong and effective English skills (spoken and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ tools such as Oracle CPQ Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ.
• Knowledge of subscription systems like Zuora, Stripe, or Salesforce Billing.
• Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, AppSync, API Gateway, S3).
• Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, Redux, Recoil, or MobX.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and Salesforce.com (Apex, SOQL).
