What you will do

• Lead progression validation for Data Pipelines, MLOps, Infrastructure Services, and UI Frameworks.
• Define and execute progression testing strategies and quality metrics for new platform enhancements.
• Drive the development of automated validation solutions and test frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural design reviews.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document validation approaches and communicate risks and findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or system validation.
• Proven experience leading complex technical activities and mentoring other engineers.
• Experience completing at least one full product development cycle.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, databases, networking, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor equipment or high-tech systems.
• Background with Data Platforms, Compute Platforms, or MLOps.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD environments.
