Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Must be based in Italy (Hybrid/Onsite with customers)

What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to identify AI transformation goals and operational pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from initial use-case identification to structuring commercial terms and closing.
• Embed deeply within strategic customer organizations as a trusted partner to own delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to bring high-impact AI use cases to life.
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption.
• Provide field insights to Research teams to help shape the platform and model roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Technical aptitude with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Must be based in Italy.
