Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 25,000–30,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure timely delivery against quality standards.
• Establish quality assurance processes and implement improvements based on project performance.
• Support pitch presentations, brainstorming sessions, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Contribute to operational initiatives by improving workflows and applying AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving, strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree, completed or ongoing, in a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools for collaborative writing and editing.
• Interest in delivering exceptional client experiences.
