What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure the execution of multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain and update project tracking systems, including Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor resource availability and effectively allocate project tasks.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and project syncs with a global team.
• Generate weekly status reports and document critical project minutes.
• Liaise with external vendors and customers to track deliverables and hardware shipments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Based in Australia
• Obtained or working towards a Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience working with third parties, vendors, and customers.
• Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment, preferably in networking or telecommunications.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
