What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing leaders to steer projects to completion.
• Drive multiple simultaneous projects and deliver product features to merchants.
• Manage daily activities including scope, resource planning, and risk management.
• Coach teams in Agile delivery and perform Scrum Master duties.
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth releases of complex systems.
• Provide cross-functional visibility through reporting on status, resourcing, and escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web technologies as a technical project manager.
• Demonstrated direct experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Apps.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
• Must be based in the Sydney Metro area for hybrid office attendance.
