Senior Business Process Analyst (BPMN)

What you will do

• Define and model BPMN 2.0 future-state business processes for hirify.global platform implementations.
• Translate approved requirements, operating model components, system interactions, business rules, configuration considerations, and regulatory obligations into scalable process artefacts.
• Decompose complex end-to-end journeys into reusable subprocesses and maintain traceability to Jira stories, requirements, systems, integrations, controls, outputs, and procedures.
• Lead process walkthroughs with internal stakeholders, client SMEs, and delivery teams to validate and approve future-state processes.
• Review junior analysts’ process artefacts, improve modelling standards and methodologies, and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Support QA, business readiness, operational adoption, and proposition refinement through detailed process analysis.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management, financial services products, operating processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of investment products including RRSP, TFSA, RIF, and LIF, as well as exchanges, depositories, custodians, and other industry service providers.
• At least 6 years of experience in delivery or consulting environments within financial services or wealth management, including at least 5 years in business or process analysis.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and at least 3 years of hands-on Level 2 Analytical process modelling experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, facilitation, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
