What you will do

• Coordinate business projects from planning through implementation across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues, and other teams.
• Understand existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support teams in preparing for and adopting new processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and help maintain delivery schedules.
• Create guidance, training materials, and communications for new projects.
• Support testing, feature launches, and the continued development of the Salesforce-based Halo and Rome systems.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve business processes.
• Problem-solving ability and comfort working with ambiguity and change.
• Understanding of the live entertainment industry or motivation to learn how the business operates.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to improve efficiency.
• Experience working within hirify.global or a related live entertainment business.
