What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy development from initial insight to final activation.
• Craft compelling narratives that align creative, media, and data for clients.
• Act as the primary strategic lead for key client workstreams and stakeholders.
• Design full-funnel ecosystem plans and measurement frameworks to track business outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitches.
• Identify emerging opportunities in AI, the creator economy, and commerce.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in media, communications, or advertising strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
• Ability to lead projects and client conversations independently.
• Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
