TL;DR
Sr Manager, Strategy (Marketing): Developing integrated communications strategies for major fashion and aeronautics clients with an accent on translating complex business challenges into actionable plans. Focus on bridging the gap between audience insights, media, and data to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Location: London, UK (Soho). Hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end integrated communications strategy from audience insight through activation.
- Translate business challenges into communications tasks, channel roles, and scalable strategic frameworks.
- Develop full-funnel ecosystem plans and measurement frameworks connecting media activity to business outcomes.
- Lead client workstreams, workshops, planning sessions, presentations, and cross-functional discussions.
- Support new business pitches, thought leadership, case studies, and mentoring for junior team members.
- Identify and turn emerging opportunities in AI, creator, commerce, media, technology, and partnerships into client recommendations.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in media, communications, or advertising strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial understanding, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Confidence leading projects and client conversations independently.
- Ability to collaborate with planning, investment, analytics, activation, creative, and client teams.
- Curiosity, resilience, continuous-improvement mindset, and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Legal right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
