Senior Executive, Strategy (Influencer Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Analyse client briefs to identify creative and performance strategy needs for proposals and RFPs.
• Support the development and timely completion of strategic proposals.
• Contribute to integrated strategies, including culturally relevant and reactive ideas.
• Research client and market contexts, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain clarity and consistency in campaign messaging and strategic direction throughout delivery.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and review client-facing materials for accuracy, style, and content.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
• Strong written communication and note-taking skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their features and audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Tech-savvy, with experience working remotely and preferably on Mac OS.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of paid media.
• Client-facing and presentation experience.
• Design experience or a strong eye for design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Excel or Google Sheets.
