What you will do

• Analyze and dissect briefs to identify strategic needs for creative and performance proposals in RFPs.
• Support the development of integrated strategies and strategic proposals.
• Conduct research using insights to distill findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to maintain alignment in creative strategy throughout delivery.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and review client-facing materials for grammar, style, and content accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and audiences.
• Excellent written communication and note-taking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of paid media.
• Experience in design or familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Client-facing and presenting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
