What you will do

• Define and execute CX and RevOps priorities in partnership with the COO and cross-functional leadership.
• Manage team operating cadences and ensure accountability for key decisions and action items.
• Represent the COO's voice and strategic thinking across the organization.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Lead high-impact strategic projects and identify operational gaps within the organization.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and manage content creation for business reviews and scorecards.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Lehi, Utah.
• 3-7+ years of experience in business consulting, internal strategy, or operations.
• Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems as a thought partner to leadership.
• Strong project management skills and experience navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry, particularly vertical or SMB SaaS.
• Background in CX, RevOps, or Corporate Strategy.
