What you will do

• Build and execute sales strategies to achieve margin targets and launch new products.
• Grow existing core categories and introduce new categories to the Egyptian market.
• Plan and execute online and in-store activities to drive sell-out performance.
• Manage accurate forecasting and negotiate winning scenarios with customers.
• Analyze market and sell-out data to identify new business opportunities.
• Organize trade shows, retail events, and identify new retail partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience.
• Fluent English and Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience working directly with key retailers, specifically Specialists and Food Chains.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
