What you will do
- Map manual business processes across Finance, HR, and Operations to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Design and build automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
- Develop AI agents leveraging LLM APIs, RAG, and memory patterns for ticket classification and data extraction.
- Rapidly prototype and ship internal tools end-to-end using AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Integrate internal systems (CRM, ERP, Google Workspace) via APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automations while documenting processes for internal owners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building automations or AI-powered operational workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, including their capabilities and strategies for reliable output.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI automation platform (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Proficiency in "vibe coding" using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit to build complete projects.
- Understanding of AI agent design, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent memory.
- Experience with complex business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
Nice to have
- Experience automating or supporting GTM and Revenue-adjacent processes (lead scoring, pipeline reporting).
