What you will do

• Implement workflows and configure model behavior for customer solutions.
• Build integrations between AI logic and deterministic building blocks.
• Work with platform and research teams to identify and surface platform-level improvements.
• Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI solutions.
• Bridge the gap between model capabilities and real-world impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or research.
• Experience delivering production solutions using Python or TypeScript.
• Experience building pipelines for structured/unstructured data, including vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in prompt design, evaluation, and iterative workflows.
• Ability to read and implement technical research papers.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK) and patterns like ReAct.
• Knowledge of LLM-native metrics (tokens/sec, cost-per-request) and state management optimization.
• Background in data pipelines, APIs, or system integrations.
• Experience working with enterprise B2B customers in fast-paced startup environments.
