What you will do

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows to automate key parts of the funnel.
• Orchestrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified, intelligent system.
• Build automated lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, and onboarding flows.
• Identify system bottlenecks and design AI-driven solutions to remove them.
• Partner closely with founders on growth strategy and priority experiments.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and owning systems that directly impact growth or revenue.
• Strong systems thinking and an end-to-end mindset.
• Experience building workflows using APIs and automation tools.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Ability to rapidly move from idea to system to measurable impact.
• Open to candidates globally regardless of location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, or data pipelines.
