What you will do

• Build and operate core components of an AI equity research engine, focusing on scalable systems.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics.
• Develop sector-based factor models using fundamental research, statistical techniques, and quantitative design.
• Oversee stock-picking model alignment to provide structured reports and opportunities for retail investors.
• Partner with Engineering to implement APIs, DAGs, and databases for reproducible backtests and features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience (hedge fund, long-only fund, family office, or endowment).
• Must be currently employed at a hedge fund or have done so within the past six months.
• Practical LLM workflow experience, including prompt/context engineering and structured extraction.
• Programming and coding experience to collaborate with Engineering on automated analysis features.
• Strong forensic accounting knowledge and experience building three-statement and sector-wide models.
• Proven ability to independently perform fundamental research across multiple sectors.
