What you will do

• Identify and invent new video-related AI solutions to address complex, ill-defined business problems.
• Develop and deploy LLMs and AI models in production environments using acceleration hardware.
• Articulate scientific challenges and present technical interventions to stakeholders.
• Mentor other scientists to improve their technical skills and solution knowledge.
• Independently assess and drive the adoption of cutting-edge video and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and designers to bring products to market.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY, USA
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with production deployment of LLMs using platforms like vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT.
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, or distributed computing.

• Experience with video compression and image processing fundamentals.
• Proven track record of deploying and managing AI products at scale.
