What you will do

• Lead the research content program, covering concept, methodology, and publication of reports based on engineering data.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to identify and analyze significant findings within datasets.
• Develop editorial content such as field guides and frameworks to shape industry perspectives on AI-native engineering.
• Represent the company as a technical voice in webinars, podcasts, and conference talks.
• Transform primary research reports into derivative assets for demand generation and sales.
• Analyze content metrics to optimize future research and editorial topics.

Requirements

• Experience producing and publishing developer-facing research, such as benchmark studies or ecosystem surveys.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to interrogate datasets for meaningful insights.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with a professional register suitable for an engineering audience.
• Comfortable presenting and speaking to technical executives and skeptical CTOs.
• Must be based in San Mateo for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering or data analysis.
• Familiarity with DORA, developer productivity, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience in scripting or producing short-form video content for technical audiences.
