What you will do

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) activities to eliminate waste and improve factory efficiency.
• Organize and deliver LSS training programs including Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Coach cross-functional teams on applying LSS tools like VSM, Line Balancing, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Assist management in deploying operational systems and developing performance dashboards.
• Partner with the Global ELSS team to align strategies and benchmark successful models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and change management.
• Proficient in English (verbal, reading, and writing) for global reporting.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT/Assembly).
• Fluency in Chinese.
