What you will do

• Own pipeline generation targets and performance across all marketing channels.
• Integrate field marketing, ABM, and digital programs into a cohesive, account-centric strategy.
• Oversee a global field marketing program encompassing 30+ annual events.
• Manage and optimize the website, digital experience, and marketing operations using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, campaign priorities, and pipeline goals.
• Lead the PMO to ensure strong campaign execution, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in B2B demand generation, preferably within SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience in people management and leading high-performing global teams.
• Deep experience running large-scale field marketing programs and events across global markets.
• Strong proficiency in marketing operations and tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution).
• Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Experience with long, complex enterprise sales cycles, ideally in financial services.
