Mortgage Domain Expert (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, focusing on scaling contact center and compliance operations for large mortgage lenders.

What you will do

• Map end-to-end mortgage origination workflows across processing and closing with high fidelity.
• Perform quality assurance and error triage on live AI agent outputs to drive measurable improvements.
• Build comprehensive edge-case datasets covering TRID/disclosure timing and agency guidelines.
• Serve as the primary domain expert for engineering, product, and deployment teams.
• Collaborate on customer go-lives to ensure AI agents match human expert judgment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage originations in an operational capacity (processor, underwriter, or originator).
• Hands-on experience with loan origination systems such as Encompass or Empower.
• Technical proficiency in reading API documentation and working with JSON/XML payloads.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
