TL;DR

What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound and company-provided leads into signed property management agreements.
  • Lead discovery calls, presentations, and pricing discussions to close opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and onboarding.
  • Conduct needs analysis for landlords and investors to recommend appropriate portfolio solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline health, and forecast opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in Property Management or Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven history of closing deals directly with property owners and investors.
  • Ability to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling residential or commercial property management services.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and rental operations.
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.
