What you will do
- Convert qualified inbound and company-provided leads into signed property management agreements.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, and pricing discussions to close opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and onboarding.
- Conduct needs analysis for landlords and investors to recommend appropriate portfolio solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline health, and forecast opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in Property Management or Real Estate Sales.
- Proven history of closing deals directly with property owners and investors.
- Ability to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience selling residential or commercial property management services.
- Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and rental operations.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.
