Engagement Manager (Consulting Services): Overseeing the delivery of projects across all Objective Products, providing project assurance and governance, and establishing long-term programs of work. Focus on customer relationships, supporting customer success initiatives, and achieving great business outcomes for customers.

What you will do

  • Deliver engagements in accordance with the Objective Project Management Methodology, implementing strong project controls and minimizing project risk.
  • Actively support long-term customer success, aiming to make all customer sites referenceable and active advocates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for project-level issues.
  • Proactively monitor and mitigate risks that could impact program or project success.
  • Contribute to Global Practice and the PM SME function, sharing knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Engage with customers to sell and deliver services that enhance customer success, assisting business development activities.

Requirements

  • This role requires the successful candidate to hold a NV1 Clearance
  • Strong experience in project management and program management, governance and implementation methodologies and processes.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, architectures, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Governance, Risk Mitigation, Project Commercials and Pricing.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction, resolving escalations, and identifying growth opportunities.
