TL;DR

Hybrid in Canberra. All applicants must hold a valid NV1 Clearance.

What you will do

  • Deliver projects using hirify.global’s methodology with strong governance and controls for successful low-risk outcomes; lead engagements and contribute at Steering Committee level.
  • Build trusted long-term customer relationships to drive value and create strong advocates for hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards through disciplined execution.
  • Manage senior stakeholders as primary escalation point, aligning customer and delivery teams in governance forums.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and escalations.
  • Lead governance forums, secure approvals, manage escalations, and report on progress, risks, and financials.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid NV1 Clearance.
  • Strong experience in project and program management with expertise in governance, delivery frameworks, and implementation methodologies; manage timelines, resources, budgets across projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, system architectures, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of governance, risk mitigation, project financials, and pricing.
  • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships, manage escalations, and identify growth opportunities.
