Process Engineer (Chemical)

Location: Ashdod, Israel

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve process-related issues in manufacturing facilities to ensure stable production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process performance, raw material utilization, productivity, and energy efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams for successful project execution.
• Develop process documentation, operating procedures, technical reports, and software instructions.
• Participate in the scale-up, validation, and implementation of new chemical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Experience working with engineering equipment and manufacturing processes in the chemical industry.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in the chemical industry is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Extensive experience working in industrial manufacturing environments.
