TL;DR

Manager, Sales (Outbound): Leading and coaching a team of outbound account executives to drive revenue growth for a field service management platform with an accent on cold outbound strategies and data-driven performance management. Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to attend the office at least 1 day per week.

Compensation: $78,000 base salary + $52,000 commission (OTE $130,000).

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of up to 10 outbound account executives to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and test outreach strategies to grow the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular call reviews, role-plays, and performance coaching sessions to drive professional development.
  • Analyze sales metrics and forecasting data to identify trends and optimize team performance.
  • Attract, recruit, and train new sales team members as the organization scales.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Enablement, and RevOps teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Proven track record in sales management, specifically within a high-volume, SDR-supported outbound environment.
  • Strong ability to source, interpret, and analyze data to drive performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to coaching, performance development, and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with stakeholders.
