Compensation: $78,000 base salary + $52,000 commission (OTE $130,000).

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of up to 10 outbound account executives to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and test outreach strategies to grow the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct regular call reviews, role-plays, and performance coaching sessions to drive professional development.
- Analyze sales metrics and forecasting data to identify trends and optimize team performance.
- Attract, recruit, and train new sales team members as the organization scales.
- Collaborate with SDR, Enablement, and RevOps teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
- Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Proven track record in sales management, specifically within a high-volume, SDR-supported outbound environment.
- Strong ability to source, interpret, and analyze data to drive performance improvements.
- Demonstrated commitment to coaching, performance development, and accountability.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with stakeholders.
