Salary: $98,300 – $133,100

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Revenue teams, primarily within Sales and Customer Success.
  • Manage high-volume hiring pipelines while maintaining a high-quality, equitable candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and improve talent decision-making.
  • Analyze funnel conversions, time to fill, and candidate feedback to drive process improvements.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach to underrepresented communities.
  • Prototype and test AI-assisted tools and workflows to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
  • Track record of delivering quality hires in business and go-to-market (GTM) areas.
  • Data-informed mindset with proficiency in analyzing hiring trends and funnel metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience building actual recruitment workflows or tools using AI.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
