Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 / year

What you will do
- Orchestrate AI agents to deliver features and validate outcomes.
- Author detailed specifications for agent-driven development.
- Review and calibrate AI-generated code for edge cases and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rotational capacity across multiple products.
- Architect solutions for complex backend problems and scale existing services.
- Ship features continuously to production using an AI-integrated SDLC.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in a statically typed backend language (Java preferred; Kotlin, C#, or Go acceptable).
- Fluency in spec-driven development and hands-on use of AI coding agents.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, ORM technologies, and API design.
- Proven experience delivering software from inception to production.
Nice to have
- Background in Java/Spring/Spring Boot.
- Full-stack experience with React, iOS, or Android.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Experience in family or legal technology environments.
