What you will do
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the marketing engagement platform, including journey design, segmentation, and campaign logic.
- Design and scale lifecycle automations across acquisition, enrollment, engagement, and retention stages.
- Collaborate with CDP, CRM, and data engineering teams to define audience syncs, data mapping, and pipeline specifications.
- Develop Python-based scripts and automated jobs on AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge) to streamline marketing operations.
- Implement AI-driven optimizations using tools like Claude and API-based automation for content personalization.
- Establish governance standards for naming conventions, QA processes, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically owning strategy and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools (CDP, messaging platforms, CRM) and their data flows.
- Proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript and experience with REST APIs and JSON payloads.
- SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting data pipelines.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Braze or Hightouch.
- Background in healthcare or digital health.
- Proven use of AI tools (GPT, Claude) to automate operational workflows beyond copywriting.
