Salary: $185,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Ship backend features and services for multi-channel outreach agents and communication workflows.
• Own technical decisions end-to-end, from initial design through production deployment.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Build high-performance, low-latency systems to support scaling usage.
• Contribute to the development of email, SMS, and voice communication channels.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve open-ended technical problems.
• Strong technical depth with a focus on detailed implementation.
• Must be able to work in the San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript or Python.
• Background in building AI-powered products or conversational AI.
• Experience with communication platforms or SMS compliance systems.
