Financial Analyst

Location: Germany - Field. The role also requires unrestricted authorization to work lawfully in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide analytics, financial insights, and recommendations to business leaders.
• Build financial models for revenue and cost scenarios.
• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze operating results and forecasts and prepare reporting packages and presentations.
• Support departmental budgeting, variance analysis, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit schedules.
• Lead finance projects and resolve internal and external financial questions.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States with unrestricted US work authorization.

Nice to have

• SAP Business Objects or Planful Analytics System experience.
• Strong accounting and GAAP knowledge, especially project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
