What you will do

• Deliver technical instruction on airframe, powerplant, avionics, and aircraft operations.
• Conduct Engine Ground Run (EGR) simulator training and facilitate classroom or virtual sessions.
• Develop and adapt training materials and instructional approaches for diverse learning needs.
• Administer examinations and assessments in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, certifications, and training outcomes.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for aircraft platform courseware development.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Minimum 7 years of aviation maintenance experience, with at least 3 years on assigned platforms.
• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification.
• Aircraft type ratings on Airbus and/or Boeing commercial aircraft.
• Certification in instructional techniques or adult education.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally and work flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in adult learning environments or delivering EGR training.
• College diploma in aircraft maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical/avionics systems and regulatory frameworks (Transport Canada, EASA).
• Experience in instructional design or courseware development.
