Chief of Staff, Presales (SaaS): Acting as a strategic force-multiplier for the Global Head of Presales by driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution. Location: Remote (US). hires in countries where they have a legal entity; however, specific pay zones are defined for the United States.
Salary: $138,600 – $217,375 (US Pay Zones A, B, and C).

What you will do
- Partner with the Presales leader to operationalize strategy and translate vision into clear execution plans.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, off-sites, and business reviews to ensure organizational alignment.
- Draft executive communications, including all-hands narratives and leadership updates.
- Manage escalation channels and triage priority decisions to unblock cross-functional issues.
- Maintain SE scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics in partnership with Finance and Ops teams.
- Lead high-impact, ambiguous cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives in a global enterprise SaaS or technology organization.
- Strong background in executive communications and cross-functional messaging.
- Experience supporting headcount planning, capacity modeling, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational cadences at scale.
- Experience working in or closely with a Presales or Solutions Engineering organization is strongly preferred.
