What you will do

• Foster relationships with customers to increase feature adoption, ensure retention, and drive long-term success.
• Act as the primary lead and consultant for the adoption of new product features.
• Use technical and business acumen to align customer business drivers with hirify.global’s solutions.
• Establish critical goals and KPIs to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Track and report the business impact of adoption efforts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in sales, service, or customer success roles, including account planning, demos, and negotiating.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills and excellence in cross-functional communication.
