Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead negotiation and structuring of development deals, real estate transactions, and capital equipment procurement.
• Manage power-related contracts, including PPAs, interconnection agreements, and sustainable storage transactions.
• Draft and negotiate construction and engineering services contracts for hyperscale data centers and integrated GPU clusters.
• Support financing structures, tax incentives, and project finance for multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investments.
• Partner with engineering, security, procurement, and finance teams to align legal terms with technical requirements.
• Coordinate with specialized outside counsel while maintaining in-house strategic oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in innovative technology companies or top-tier law firms.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Strict commitment to being in-office 5 days per week.
