What you will do

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and policies aligned with business goals and evolving threats.
• Lead AI security governance and secure adoption practices using frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Coordinate penetration testing for product releases and support annual SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit processes.
• Provide senior-level guidance on vulnerability management, risk assessments, and remediation efforts.
• Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party AI risk assessments.
• Coordinate adversarial testing and red teaming of AI systems to mitigate prompt injection and model poisoning.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive, hands-on cybersecurity experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 4–6 years of experience coordinating audits (SOC 1/2) and driving security outcomes.
• Strong expertise in vulnerability management, cloud security, and product security.
• Awareness of AI/ML security concepts, adversarial machine learning risks, and relevant frameworks.
• Ability to influence and direct cross-functional teams while collaborating with a SOC.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on certifications such as OSCP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with OWASP LLM or MITRE ATLAS training.
