Salary: $162,000–$284,000 (based on pay zone)

What you will do
- Lead the design and operation of security programs covering governance, intake, and remediation.
- Define and operationalize security KRIs, KPIs, and health metrics across key domains.
- Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards to identify gaps and drive accountable action.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Privacy, and Legal teams to align priorities and resolve blockers.
- Drive root-cause analysis for significant operational issues to ensure durable process improvements.
- Prepare executive-ready briefings and business reviews to communicate program status and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in security advisory, technical program management, or solution delivery.
- Proven experience running critical programs within a security field.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive large-scale projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Aptitude for leveraging AI tools to streamline development and security workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with NIST CSF 2.0, NIS2, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
