Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or near Brisbane, CA, on-site 3 days per week)

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute the brand strategy and differentiated positioning for AlloHeme in the CTT setting.
• Lead marketing planning and execution for the launch, including core messaging, sales materials, and digital content.
• Create compliant promotional strategies and materials for hem/onc transplant physicians, lab directors, and administrators.
• Drive market development initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of blood-based monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage third-party agencies, creative partners, and marketing budgets to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in diagnostics, genomics, biotech, pharma, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Proven track record of launching new products or building emerging brands/franchises.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments, including familiarity with HIPAA and MLR review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, audience-specific messaging.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brisbane, CA three days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, MS, or other advanced degree.
• Scientific or clinical background in molecular diagnostics, hematology/oncology, or cell therapy.
• Experience with hematologic malignancies or MRD.
